As someone who is a bit socially awkward and finds it hard to connect with others, I have found that taking the time to nourish a few wonderful relationships is much more powerful than surrounding yourself with an army of acquaintances. If we can learn to love people and use tools instead of loving tools and using people, then we can become much happier while having much less. Wonderful post @chbarist.
