I am a bit ashamed to admit this as one who uses a computer 90% of the time at work.
I recently discovered that pressing Shift + Tab will move your selection to the prior one in a web page, application or other software program.
This was a god-send for me as I no longer have to use my mouse or crappy touch pad to move my cursor back every time I tab prematurely, or mistype in a field.
