I do. My two bartenders are always backstabbing each other at every opportunity.
The funny thing is when they're together that act like great friends but as soon as one of them is away from the other one they constantly talk crap about each other.

Oftentimes the things that they say the other one does or doesn't do are complete falsehoods.
Just the other day I was told that one of them doesn't ever clean the counters......... yet I seen her cleaning them all the time.
Then I was told that one girl doesn't use the correct recipe book...... but I always see her checking the book before making drinks.
It seems like they just really like to talk about each other behind their own backs.
Which is odd because they also like to hang out at every opportunity and spend time together.
It's very rare when you see them actually arguing with each other instead of just back talking.

The servers might talk a little bit of trash about each other but for the most part we're all friends.
Of course you need to be friends with other people that you work with so that you can pick up shifts for them...... or if you need a shift picked up you can count on other people to do you that favor.
Therefore talking trash is overwhelmingly self defeating.
If you talk a lot of trash then no one's going to want to pick up a shift for you or do you any favors.
Nevertheless I guess you will always still run into somebody that just cannot help themselves from talking trash.
Do know anyone that constantly talks trash?
