Be kind to yourself as you get older

in #life5 years ago

We, grow old...
Deep wrinkles, gray hair;
Slow feet, tired body and mind.
Year after year, to make a living;
Fight for life day after day.

Once upon a time,
We are also lively teenagers,
We also have carefree childhood.
The simplicity of childhood,
When I grow up and mature,
Through all the bumpy roads,
Have seen too many yes and no.

The days went by,
Time goes by second by second,
We are getting older, too.
Always hate the merciless years,
Time flies,
Year after year, year after year,
No longer straight at the waist,
The shoulders are getting sore.

The road of life, more walk more shun;
Lift the foot, walk steadily more.
On the way to old age,
We're getting older.
The constant is the state of mind.

On the way to old age, be kind to yourself:
Love what you want and see what you want.
Love is not afraid of confession, the most afraid to wait;
Really don't be afraid to disappoint, afraid of blank.
Better to err than to miss,
At least prove you had it.

On the way to old age, be kind to yourself:
The first half of my life has passed,
The rest of my life continues,
To eat, to drink,
To play, to rest,
You only live once in your life.
Do not put yourself wronged!
