My routine was very busy recently and on the weekend I took a long holiday until yesterday . I was having the time of my life . I have 4 days of no work and nothing to do . On my last day of my rest day, my boyfriend treated me to eat my favorite foods which are leylam shawarma rice and zagu taro shake . :D We both love eating these two and we had relieved our stress by eating . Anyway, I know that I need to reduce my weight and exercise too . I should do that or else my boyfriend will get angry . He always tease me so I should be motivated and this would be my last time to do stress eating and I am now back to work. 😊😉
