Dreams that vibe greatly genuine are known as striking dreams, and they can be caused by a wide range of things, from unusual rest examples to worry to dysfunctional behavior to eat less. One thing is without a doubt, on the off chance that you are all of a sudden encountering incessant clear dreams, you ought to consider seeing a specialist to ensure it isn't wellbeing related. Pregnancy can likewise build recurrence in striking envisioning, so on the off chance that you have somewhat one in transit, odds are you are okay. One approach to adapt to striking imagining is to endeavor to rehearse clear envisioning - the specialty of knowing you are imagining inside the fantasy.

It can imply that you are encountering a forceful feeling while wakeful, as affection or dread or outrage. I regularly dream with individuals I truly think about or individuals I'm angry with, and the fantasies are dependably feel truly genuine.

Recently I have been having dreams that have occurred before , it is as if I'm reliving the same dream, as if it is trying to show me some reality . Why does this happen? I have had dreams recently where I have dreamed of a situation and it had occurred in my life , not then but later on. Dreams are so weird sometimes , anyone know why?

It is your subconscious talking to you. Our brains use dreams to make sense of something that is happening or has happened in the past. If you have a problem, often times you will dream of the solution, even if you don't realize it the time.

@cecicastor I agree with you 100%. Dreams are a way for our mind to make sense of the world. Sleeping gives our subconscious time to work on problems we have had during the day.

It's seems so unreal sometimes when you dream of something then it actually happens . Like it was trying to tell you something

Deja Vue! When it happens it can be a little unnerving to say the least.

Beginning five years ago, I visualized so many objectives that I was experiencing Purposeful Dreams. This concept differs, in part, from lucid dreams which tend to be fantasy (though not necessarily). What purposeful dreaming did for me was that I no longer had information loops in my dreams which would wear me out mentally and I would wake up needing proper sleep. I became conscious during my dreams that it was a dream and I decided whether I wanted to continue or to end it.

The fact that you could control it , is what makes it better because sometimes you're right , it drains you out and things seem strange

Very good post. I have the same feelings especially now when I have so much to do. I see a lot in my dreams and it seems like reality. The point is I don't know is it good or wrong. Hugs 🤗
