Disney’s new Guardians of the Galaxy coaster is both innovative and massive and will 'tell a story' as the ride unfolds. Guests will be able to get up close with Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, and others from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie. It has been said that this ride might easily be one of longest enclosed roller coasters in the world!
Each car will seat up to four people and is designed to 'dip, tilt, and whoosh past' for an extreme thrill.
The ride is expected to open to the public in 2021 in celebration with Disney World's 50th Anniversary.
In the years ahead, you can expect to see Disney California Adventure, Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland release rides inspired by other Marvel's characters like Ant Man, Spider-Man, and The Avengers.
