What Beach Walking and Sunset Does To Your Well Being

After a long days work with your mind still thinking about work even when your at home...it does help though to just go for a walk by the beach and have a different perspective in life. Just looking at the calm waters and lively beach starfish and small hermit crab shell gives you a relaxing feeling and keep troubles away.

A walk with my daughter is always priceless...

I always make an effort to go back on time after work and spend the last daylight of the day with my family. It is not easy though as your work normally piles up when your getting ready to go home...and when you missed that timeline to go home early to beat the traffic, might as well stay back late and do more work rather than sitting in the car queuing and getting more stressed out.

Work...work...work

We walked around the sandy beach, teaching her and explaining to her on everything we saw from empty clamp shells, small crabs and writing on the sand with a stick is some of the fun things we did. We even sat on the beach water as it was low tide and took some really cool pictures.

Just a friendly advise to all #steemians and everyone in the community, if you are a workaholic...take a moment a day to look at something different...look at a tree outside your window, or look at the clouds and savor the moment of Life. Leave behind your troubles and just imagine that you are free from trouble, free from debts, free from deadlines and all free from all unnecessary stress...and just remember the moment when you were just a kid with full of hope, imagination and happiness. Remember those moments where the clouds will look like a pony or a ship or even a person, remember those moments you climb up a tree and imagine you have a tree house to defend from intruding pirates or imaginary dinosaur, remember those moments where the night stars shines and your watching the skies with awe.

Remember - Work will never end, but it can end you.

If you don't have a seaside near you, go to the nearest park. I'm sure you will have the same relaxing experience you will have by the beach.
