Slow aging is generally done by most women. A series of processes are even done just to make the face look old.

  1. Sleeping on his stomach

    Patel suggests that we sleep in the supine position to reduce this gravitational effect.

    "If you exercise and sweat, or wear makeup, the pores will clog up and cause acne," says Patel.
    Especially for the owner of a greasy face, lazy to wash his face will actually make his face more oily.
    Patel recommends the use of a truly powerful cleanser cleansing the pores for fresh skin, and is able to regenerate well during the night.
  3. Excessive skin care products
    Television ads featuring beautiful women for the promotion of skin care products are often deceptive. Therefore, not all skin care products match with our skin type.
    "Products containing retinol are used to prevent wrinkles and when mixed with benzoyl peroxide products to fight acne, can make dry skin and increase irritation," says Patel.
    When the skin is dry and irritated, the skin will become reddened and inflamed, resulting in fine lines on the face.
    Instead, keep using products that match our skin type.
  4. Drinking less water
    The hydration process is also important for the skin. Patel says water is an important component of the skin and the structure beneath it.
    "When you get dehydrated, the skin loses its elasticity," Patel said.
    Dehydration causes dry skin to appear wrinkled and cause a hollow in the eye area.
    Patel recommends eating at least six glasses of water each day.
