Hey, girl keep your head up! Swings and bad runs are super normal, especially on the tournament scene. I personally only play PLO cash games up to PLO200, and I get on a 50 buy-in up/downswing every now and then. Just gotta deal with it and keep playing your A game at all times. Results will show itself:)
