The "weather control"conspiracy theory has been around as much as that of AREA 51 or illuminati.There has been widespread speculation that NASA has the power to control and create artificial weather all over the globe.An advanced System called "HAARP" has been the limelight for most of the weather control conspiracy theories.It is said that these advanced systems create and release some kind of ionic disruption to create the desired weather.
The US even has a patent for such technology.
The principle used in cell phone communication or broadcast is used in these advanced systems for frequency modulation.
The conspiracy theorist also believe that the recent hurricane "Harvey" which caused massive destruction in th US coasts was the result of the artificial weather created by the Goverment...!!
Are these speculation really true or just a hoax...I think the evidences are clear ....What do you think??
