Many people want to learn meditation ，but they don't know how . here I want to tell you the most easy way of meditation is doing nothing but just sitting there 。
the essence of meditation is to clean your mind ，clean your brain ，remember it ！if you know the tricks ，just sitting your chair can make it happen 。
the trick is “do nothing ”，no cellphone ，no email ，no reading ，no music ...maybe you can only watch the window of your house ，watch the sky 。
when you stop doing things ，you have to face to yourself ，your attention goes to inside 。you can realize so many thoughts and emotions pop up 。keep doing nothing 。
you can tell yourself “no matter what happen ，I am going to sitting here and do nothing but just watch my mind 、my thoughts and feel my emotions 30 minutes ”
thoughts and emotions comes and goes ，like waves on the ocean 。because you are doing nothing ，you allow them show up and disappear 。suddenly ，there is a second ，your realize your brain has no thoughts at all and your emotions gone ！you feel so clear and peaceful 。
the core of your life ，the essence of your life is peaceful ，like the bottom of ocean 。but usually you can only feel the surface 、 the waves of the ocean ，you never konw the bottom of the ocean is so peaceful and you can get there 。just sitting there and doing nothing ，see the wave comes and go ，you may have a chance to fall in the bottom of the ocean ，and taste the peaceful and stillness 。
and that is meditation all about 。
the key is doing nothing and feel the emotions and waiting the waves disappear 。
just do it ！and tell me what happen 。
