Walking that path can be lonely sometimes. It can feel like you're the only one on it because you refuse to do what most other people do. You refuse things that are bad for you and do the hard stuff. Why is greatness rare? Because giving up things that are bad for you and doing the hard stuff is very difficult.
It requires consistency. It requires dedication. So understand that if you're walking that road, you're not alone. You have fellow travelers all around you. It just takes a little extra looking.
