Life has become TOO comfortable. We have thousands of distractions at the touch of our finger. A lot of those distractions were built to actually be distractions. Ask any engineer at Facebook or Snap.
Be aware of how much time you're spending on things that don't matter. Readjust. Live to the fullest.
