One of the things I like about my kid's current school (not college, but elementary - high school) is that they are focused on developing leadership skills, research into the kid's own chosen fields of interest, and synthesizing skill sets with their creativity. I feel like all schools should be moving in this direction. Unfortunately, we have to pay buckets of money to allow her to go to this school.
