The most common question most people ask is whether they know who they really are and what
makes them feel what they feel. Well, there is an answer and that will begin with looking at yourself
in the mirror and being grateful for what you see.

Knowing who you are within will only happen if you help yourself and you can only help yourself by choosing to look at the bright side and say thank you from time to time.

Knowing who you are starts from family members. Who they are? What they do? Do they support
you or push you? Do they watch you or neglect you? Are they always busy or always home?

Who are they? Therefore.. Who are you?

What do you feel? Are you aggressive? Maybe sad? Maybe happy? Or you are not sure?
Ask yourself out loud. Just look in the mirror, point at yourself and say it out loud.. Who am I?
Therefore analyse every single step you have made through the day? Did you meet any new people?
Did you not? Did you learn anything from them or did you not? Do you feel bad or good? Did you
enjoy your day? Well, I can tell you that. I definitely did enjoy mine and I am grateful that I exist.

Do you know why?

Because I am unique. Just like you. Yes, you, reading this. You are special. And priceless. Did you not know? Ha, I thought you did.

Just think about it.

The things you do, most people can’t do. The amount of work you put in just to make it work. Some
people think they don’t but they unconsciously do by thinking about it because your thoughts are
automatically trying to find the solutions to any tasks you have. You don’t believe it? You actually do. Just by thinking about it and putting your head through pressure, you find a way to anything.

Love yourself.
Be grateful for what you are.

Because at the end of the day, we are who we are and we will always be.
So get up and be the change you want to see in the world.
