Having Panic Anxiety (Panic Disorder) And How To Deal With It

How Is It

Having to go through life can be hard some times.
We all have to experience both a lot of positive as well as negative events.
Well..
Mostly it's a matter of a subjective thought towards said experiences.
But when you have been getting too far out, where you won't be able to fend for your self, you'll probably get this kind of uneasy feeling.
Somehow it feels like you not being real.
Like you are totally out of any kind of control over your self, and you just give in to excessive thinking that eventually will be very demonizing for you.
What I just started this post with was just some of the basics of having to go through panic anxiety.

How Does It Happen ?

According to studies, one is more likely to suffer from panic anxiety if one as a child was being way more anxious and shy, than "normal".
Also, as a child being uncertain about one self in a degrading manner as well as being anxious regarding confrontations.
But it's not just something you will be able to tell from a young age.
One still has a chance of falling into it just simply by being stressed, or way too depended on other people.
Also the factor of radical changes in one's life plays a major role in the disorder to take place.

Living With Panic Anxiety

Life with this disorder is of course, without saying very challenging.
It most definitely has a huge impact on mood, stress level, social life and even one's private life.
If ones was to experience a panic attack while doing something one would normally enjoy , chances are that those kind of activities will be boycotted due to the unpleasant memory and vibe attached to the panic attack.
Being more prone to having a depressive mindset is also common.
I find it understandable enough that the happiness will drop a whole bunch when you can't even enjoy your favorite activities.

Dealing With Panic Anxiety

It can in some cases be difficult, dealing with it.
But I have found a good solution for my self at least, so if you are suffering from panic anxiety or know someone that does, then I urge you (them) to try these following steps.

Meditation

The reason why meditation is the fist go-to is because it pretty much shuts down everything but the absolute necessities, meaning pretty much everything but your lungs shuts down, thus swapping from all the bad thoughts to a more relaxed state of mind.
When having a panic attack it can be worth more than gold to sit down in a comfortable position, closing the eyes and just breath slowly while counting your breath.
This exercise will help very fast and is a good alternative for popping pills all the time.

Go For A Walk

Changing your setting can be very influential for the mind.
Just walking around, automatically takes some of the bad vibes away.
I also used to go for a walk in the park every morning to combat my panic anxiety and I can tell you that, that help a lot keeping my head cool, throughout the day.

Do Fitness

Normally I wouldn't recommend you run from your problems.
But this might be a good decision if you want to fight the power!
Doing fitness makes you more focused on just working out.
Also it gives a chance to let off some emotional steam.

I myself do suffer from this disorder.
But I'm not a doctor, nor am I qualified to write any professional notes regarding symptoms, so I won't write about it.
