Good luck with your Keto journey! I did strict Paleo for 2 years and am now just paleo conscious, but thats hard enough! I wish you the best! My parents both follow Keto and it has completely turned their life around. Looking forward to seeing more of your posts on it. You might influence me to make a switch!
