What is the Golden Ratio? Well first off, let's start off with the number:

Well, I will answer your question right now!

That number, is supposed to be the most beautiful number in the world. You may be wondering, why. Well, it's in everyday life, and the most beautiful things revolve around the Golden Ratio. Now of course, beauty is something that is perceived from the eyes of the holder, but you'll be surprised just how this Golden Ratio is all around us.

Let's take Mona Lisa for example:

You guys remember that spiral from the beginning of the blog? Well that is the Golden Ratio number, it's sort of like a spiral, as you can see. You can see that the Mona Lisa painting is calculated to fit the Golden Ratio spiral. Most people know of the Mona Lisa painting, and of course, most of us think it's pretty good. Not all of us of course. But a lot of do. Wonder why? Well maybe it's because you were unaware that it followed the most beautiful number in the world, The Golden Ratio.

pinecones

Tree Branches 

Shells

Hurricanes

The human face

The uterus

and even the spiral Galaxies! Yes, even galaxies follow this Golden Ratio method.
