Great message if you plan for the worst case scenerio you will be prepared. This removes uncertainty and disapointment. This is a great way to look at your life a pre plan. This is not pesemistic this is realistic.

another example here is you spending too much time with a particular person, either the girl or guy you're dating or a new friend you just had, that makes you neglect the time you spend with your older friends or family..situations like these could ruin you, when you both have issues or prolly breakup .. so its best to make new friends visit new places ,but try balancing it with the very things that where always there, don't you think so @markdeheide
Yes so indeed, if because of spending to much time with one person you neglect other relationships, you may be focussing too much on one. Therefore if that one relationships would for some reason cease to exist, you would have not much left to fall back on... @wissyofenmy

Great post and inspirational indeed. Mindset is a major compenent of having a positive return on anything that you do. I personally spend a lot of time meditating in order to clear my mind to allow a more beneficial and positive mindset to be placed there. Along with the positive mindset one certainly has to have realistic aspirations and views. A positive community of those sharing similar views and mindset is crucial as well! Much respect for this thought provoking post and video. -Respect

I'll definitely check it out. I use my Mala beads and focus on just breathing for about 108 breaths at a time. I'm not always the most successful, but I do aspire for at least 27 breaths at a time to start with. I look forward to seeing your guide. Thanks again. -Respect
