Not so strange to me. I've got a handle on my social anxiety but talking on the phone is still something that triggers stress. If restaurants have online ordering I'll choose to go to them over ones where I have to call. I avoid going to places where I have to call in my order. App ordering or online ordering make me feel more comfortable.

We don't have online ordering though. We don't even have a public email address. She is using our internal email address that she got from who knows where but we're just allowing her to use it.
That's why I find it strange. It doesn't really bother me or anything...... I just think it's kind of strange.
