What do you do each day to develop your abilities?

Do you get up early to meditate, read from a good book or listen to an influential podcast?

Maybe you prefer to get up listen to the radio, watch television and engage in negative self-talk?

Instead go on twitter and read some articles from some of your favorite publications. Look for something from your industry or by someone you respect.

Do you spend time practicing the things you are weak at so you can become stronger in the future?

Have you walked up to the smartest person work, who has the results you want, and asked if you can take them out for lunch, and pick their brain?

Let them know you want to talk with them and can get some tips on how you can improve at work, sales or in the area you seek improvement.

The techniques mentioned above, are just some small things you can do to improve your ability to accomplish and be the best at anything. What ever you set your mind to you can improve at that.

If you can exercise to improve your health and potentially live longer, try new things everyday so you can become the best at whatever you choose. Develop new skills.

You can take smart drugs to improve the way your mind works. Have better focus, concentration and learn new things faster. It is already being done by thousands of people world-wide.
