Navigating a Digital Dystopia

I have independently arrived at some of the same conclusions you impart here. I shop with cash, and do not have a bank account. I have a smart phone, but do not pay for data - I use apps that don't require internet to work (construction calculators, and etc.) and I don't carry it with me, but leave it at home. More besides, all intended to not participate in globalization insofar as I unilaterally can act.

I considered the notice you have advocated regarding smart meters and 5G, and EULAs that we incessantly are required to accept to use apps and programs. These EULAs are generally unenforcable in a just legal system (but we don't have a just legal system, so they are almost universally enforced) due to the fact that they aren't negotiable at all, and cannot be avoided if we are to use digital services, which are necessary today.

However, one result of use of digital services is surveillance, which is grossly underreported, particularly in EULAs. In that circumstance, individuals can use the same mechanism as the Smart Meter Notice, and EULAs, and issue Notices to providers of digital services that specify surveillance and use of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) as harm, and that providers will be held to account for harm through actions in just legal systems.

Never mind that we don't currently have just legal systems. We either will gain them when we become victorious over the Kakostocracy, or it won't matter anyway. If enough folks do this, there may be both some anxiety in the halls of power over their nefarious deeds, and some recompense through tort actions in just courts when we gain them.

Edit: I wanted to add this: you have heard of full-spectrum dominance, a military/political term. We need to engage in full-spectrum dominance. As you point out the profiteers depend on us for their power. Thus, we have the power. We can employ our power successfully, and the key you continually point out is to use human nature to our benefit.

The costs of the Kakostocracy is debilitating, and creating systems that avoid those costs will cause people to use those systems, as they are more profitable. Commercial hardware is backdoored. Open source hardware can create security from those harms.

Development can be designed to preclude institutional interference and controls. I am working on systems for every support mechanism people require and desire that do this. This involves 3D printing, which is presently shown to be usable with every imaginable material, even printing water from the air, and using living cells.

The sky is literally not the limit of what 3D printing can do. Combined with independent media (like you!), secure and independent cryptocurrency, a more profitable and convenient infrastructure can be crafted that human nature will drive people to use. The expense and harm Kakostocratic systems cause will drive people away from them, and rather than hoping people do the right thing out of morality and ethics, it depends on the most basic and crass human traits to succeed.

This is what I am working to achieve, albeit independently, and supported only by the cash I earn working, which cannot be tracked.

I am confident that because technology is dependent on physics, and enables this power to be exerted more conveniently and profitably for free people than for hordes of slaves, this means of resisting the banksters and thugs that threaten us and our posterity is the best and most promising means of proceeding to a free world.
