Just a small Sunday post, to keep alive in this platform haha...
I took this picture a while ago in Athens. In this land there used to be a nursing home, which close down and then the -beautiful- building was sitting there abandoned and rotting.
They decided to tare it down and it became a parking for a while.
Then, apparently the owner decided to keep it like this, for who knows how long...
I like the green, I like the car, I like the street art.
I don't like the 'cage', the loneliness, the silence.
But aren't we all, like this car, deep down... Alone - lonely - both...
But we never give up - NEVER!
And we never forget to smile!!!

A few years ago I lived running, free through the streets of stones and asphalt. My master, he loved me. I traveled everywhere with him. Until one day I do not know what happened to me, I left him stranded on the way to his job and he did not forgive me.
He abandoned me, but I continue with my life even if I can not run, I make happy many people who walk these green roads.

You know what? I love it all, the houses, the grass, the art and the car. In that way, none of them is alone, they are abandoned together, lol.

Well, I don't live in Greece -as you know, I live in Denmark (you do know that right???), that's why it's not that easy for me especially because of super expensive tickets from/to Copenhagen and me being on unemployment benefit here which means I'm not getting paid the days I'm away. It sucks :/ If I know some time in advance though, I'm sure I can arrange to be there!! :D

Not sure what you mean...the apartment buildings in the picture are not abandoned! I wrote that in this land, where the car is, used to be an abandoned place which they brought down and left the land... ;)
