I watched this video about "your brain on porn". I did not watch any porn since then. It's a very informative and scientific video explaining in detail what is happening to your brain while watching porn and it can be projected to other parts of life. It's not about "porn is bad for you, because insert religious reasons and you will go to hell for it!". No watching porn is ok and you have every right to do it, it's up to you what you want to watch or look at. They video just explains the effects porn has on our brain and why that affects our day to day life.
