You must make sure that happiness is not in the gathering of people around you and you will not find it around you, especially if you are alone many times. You must know that happiness will only follow from within you. It is your decision to be happy at the moment to defeat all the negative thoughts that you may feel at some point.
1- Happiness is not thinking about the bad memories you've ever had.
2- To be happy we must not care about the opinions of others
3- If you want happiness for an hour ... a nap.
If you want happiness for a day ... go fishing.
If you want happiness for a year ... you must inherit wealth.
If you want to be happy the length of your life .. Help someone.
4- Do not depend on achieving happiness You are the only one responsible for it. If you do not love and respect yourself, no one will. Make changes in your life as you see them and not those around you.
5- There is only one way to achieve happiness is to stop worrying about things that go beyond their abilities.
6- Sometimes happiness is the cause of your health and at other times your happiness is the reason for your happiness.
7- Happy people plan actions and not results.
8- Success is not the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success, especially if successful in what you want to do.
9- When a door is closed for happiness, a lot of other doors are opened, but we remain locked in the closed door for a long time without being aware of the other doors that opened for us.
10- You need very small things to feel happy just how you think and think.
11- Sometimes happiness comes from doors that we may not remember.
12- The real happiness in making the decision that your problems are the only one you will solve and will not blame any one your mother or society or president so that you have the power to crash in your life.
13- When you are away from true happiness for some time this does not mean that you will not deserve it, but it will inevitably come someday soon.
14- No one can sadden you unless you agree.
