That delighting metamorphosis from a caterpillar to a butterfly you see in the garden. That sound of water droplets gushing out of the shower head and falling over your hair as you cleanse your mind. That touch of rays as the sun caresses you in your walk. That aroma of brewed coffee you continuously sip while you read the news headlines. That feeling of contentment as you close your eyes for a minute and feel the universe is with you as time flies.
Look around. Take a break. Everyone needs it.
