DEALING WITH STRESS (A real life Issue)

in #life5 years ago (edited)
There are times in life when we have trouble recognizing certain discomforts. Moments of sweating, involuntary isolation, the need for silence and the desire to run away take over these situations to blind us while our minds disappear possible solutions to problems in this environment. Describing these symptoms now, in an environment of calm is difficult. It is difficult to talk about stress when you do not have the involuntary impulse to expel all those negative thoughts that only come to us at specific moments of tension.

In my case, I have worked in the customer service area for almost 10 years, in a restaurant to be more specific. Place where I met the negative side of many people. For many years, I have realized that people tend to get the worst out of themselves when they get out of their comfort zone, even if it is just for a single moment. And the stress that continues after a momentary discomfort in a work environment where you must take care of every detail, is unpredictable.

There are days when I just do not want to go back.
Taking away the issue of the work environment and addressing only the stress of work, in this case, it possibly could be manageable. But at the exact time they mix, these problems can become more problematic in the future and even carry others as serious as depression. Constant stress can be our worst enemy if we do not know how to control it, although there are stages of this problems that we do not know whether to deal with it, surpass it or simply run away from situations that are positioned in this state of mind.

I mainly decide, in times of stress, to isolate myself and have the least possible contact with people. In this way, to be able to relax and later return to my house with the greatest possible silence. And actions such as reading, writing or just being on my phone, generate enough peace of mind to not recharge myself with negative energy, which is one of the ways I can perceive it.

If you are going through a difficult time in your life, stress is one of the things that will contribute to nothing in your day to day, it does not help anyone. I do not say it as an expert, but as an ordinary person. There are momentary activities that will surely help you assume a better state of mind, such as those that help me generally. You must identify each discomfort and work on it before this very common problem becomes more serious. Loneliness, in these cases, is sometimes a better counsellor than we think. After all, we always need time to spend with ourselves.
