First of all I want to say that i'm sorry for my english.. This is a little bit hard for me because I love to write and i have SO many thoughts in my head that I want you to read but sometimes I don't know how to write them down in english... now I understand how it is to be an immigant and don't handle the language but I hope that you can understand me anyway :)
I just came home from my workout. I feel absolutely wounderful!
I did forget to tell you in my introduce of myself that I work as a primaryteacher. In my leisure i just LOVE to workout.
I try to keep up the workout at least 3 times a week.
Workout is my way, except the nature, to handle all my feelings. Good and bad.
As a teacher I think that we have to implement more movement in the teaching. So many children out there needs a break and just let the thoughts go away for a moment. I think this is a good way to get more focused and more opened for new information. Personally I also think that many of these diagnoses on these lovely children originally comes from our failure to adapt the physical environment.
So what if you have ADHD? Maybe we all have a little bit of this inside us? The problem is not the diagnose, the problem shows up when you meet the physical environment and all these requirement that children exposed for every day!
I know my own needs to workout. Without workout I focus on wrong things. I need this in my life to be positive and satisfied.

yesss it is for soul calmness and for healthy benefits.... but you can't just ignore "sexy body" look... it is a sign of staying fit and smart
