Regularly brushing teeth is not a dental care. There is a intimate link to healthy diet with balanced diet. Essential minerals and vitamins for teeth like Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and B1, iodine, fluorine etc. It has to be filled through food. If these mineral and vitamin supplements are not sufficient in the childhood, health and structure of the tooth and gums becomes weak.
