I find this post to be very interesting and informative as I have been wanting to lose a few pounds but I am not to keen on doing any extensive amount of running. Whenever anyone sees me the first thing they notice is my growing belly and I will be taking the advice given in your post to help me burn the calories so I will look good. lol
