IT IS INDEED PARADISE:
Kashmir is indeed heaven on Earth, it is even more beautiful in reality. We all have seen Kashmir in various movies, read about it in various magazines but when you visit it, you realize it is a lot more beautiful than you had thought. The beauty of Kashmir is different in Summer as well as Winter which is a reason why only one visit to Kashmir is not enough.
DIVERSE KASHMIRI CULTURE:
The people of Kashmir are generous and they never hesitate to welcome guests in their homes. If you want to explore and know about the true Kashmiri Culture, then a visit to this heavenly place is a must.Kashmiri culture is very diverse and an amalgamation of several different influences. Kashmir has a rich history that spans thousands of years. Its rich and vibrant culture is very much a product of Kashmir’s rich and varied past.
TREKKING AND CAMPING IN GREEN NATURE :
When travelling in Kashmir you are in the heart of some of the most beautiful mountains scenery of the Himalayas. The scenery of pine forests, trickling streams and distant glaciers as well as the clear air contribute to some of the best trekking in the subcontinent. Usually one would do this in a fairly rudimentary style with A-frame tents and limited kitchen facilities, but it is now possible to trek this region in a very luxurious style with walk in-tent, beds, carpets, cooks, toilets and shower tents almost anywhere your heart desires.
TO BEAT UP THE HEAT:
With sweltering heat and the temperature rising above 40 degrees, in many of the cities. Kashmir is probably one of the best places to visit to get a release from the summers. Many of the people who visit Kashmir is for the cool temperature so that they can enjoy their holidays very well.
CRAZY AND ADVENTURE SPORTS:
Kashmir is definitely the unsurpassed destination for those people, who are totally adventuring crazy and they love to experience the adrenaline rush. The state of Kashmir basically offers the top class sports including the skiing, golfing, river rafting and many such adventures. Kashmir pulls the lakhs of International travelers mainly for its extensive range of adventure sports.
CUISINES:
The state of Kashmir compromises of a wide range of Cuisines. Wazwan is a multi-course meal in the Kashmiri Muslim custom, which is treated with prodigious respect. Its preparation is deliberated as an art. Many of the other famous cuisines are Kahwah and Noon Chai. Kashmiris are quite heavy tea drinkers. Almost 20 varieties of Kahwah are prepared in the different households which are served afterward.
THE INNOCENT AND WELCOMMING PEOPLE OF KASHMIR:
The people of Kashmir are the most innocent and friendly people you will find anywere in India. Very soft spoken people live there who mostly lead the simplest of lives and have love and respect for every individual. Tourism is one of their best mode of earning and so thieves are minimal in the State of J&K.

IT IS SAFE:
The recent report of National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) claiming zero crimes against foreigners in J&K in the year 2015 and 2016 seem to have encouraged women travellers to plan their holidays in Kashmir.
