I think it depends brotherhood. It depends on what you are looking to do? You don't need to have a quality camera to put out quality content unless (as already mentioned) you want to have a quality picture. I would just watch a lot of videos related to what you want to do and model after that and then put in your uniqueness :) There are a lot of free stuff out there (youtube) which you can learn from.

In all honesty it is really hard for me to capture landscapes like that with my mobile phone... at least with the current one
It is just not nowhere near the same when you do it with at least somewhat decent camera... lets say Sony A6300 for example
