  1. if you are not feeling vibrant, energized ,glowing,happy and healthy in every fiber of your being , something's wrong. despite the fact that we are all chronically stressed, tired, overweight and bleh it's not normal.  there's  nothing normal about it. put your health first and get honest about what needs to change so you can feel amazing. 
    
  2. when you are trying to make changes, you are going to hit someone resistance  somewhere along the way. this is normal. this does't mean that you are failing , it means you're CHANGING. exactly what you want.so learn into it,breath,continue to take action anyway. it will feel hard,but remind yourself, "i'm changing and this is what i want.
    
  3. it's better to know for sure then to assume. whether it's asking someone what they are thinking, taking an honest look at you finances, or calling a doctor to rule something major out, knowing allows you to move forward and make changes accordingly. don't just assume, give yourself the gift to knowing for certain.
