Sometime back at one of the conferences I happened to meet this lady Paula Horan.
To give a brief introduction about her, She is a renowned personality, she is an EFT Trainer, Reiki Grand Master and author of multiple books on Healing. It is always a privilege to meet people of so much wisdom and learn from them. She was sitting 2 seats away from me and we were all introducing ourselves to each other. I had not heard of her before, when we got introduced to each other, it was like an instant click, we started talking as if we knew each other since years.
I must say she is a woman of power. Since the last 10 years she has been based between India and Nepal close to the borders, majorly living near the Mount Kailash in the company of Tibetan Buddhist. 2 years back, just before the start of Covid she had come down to Mumbai for some health treatment and then the Covid began and she got stuck up. In that time, she got introduced to the Awaken India Movement, whose major aim is to stand up and fight against all the tyrannical orders that are being implemented in Covid. She got connected with the movement and started contributing in whatever way she could.
Now she feels it is time for her to again start with her Training and Coaching work. Her key programs are Core Empowerment, Karma Completion, EFT, Reiki. I am not going to talk about her programs here as that information is available on web. This one is more about my meeting with her.
It felt like a Soul sister meeting, she was so grounded and her energy was all radiating.
She expressed to me that my Son Yohan is doing a wonderful job in this moment and I should be a very proud mother, which surely I am. We spoke a lot about Healing, Breadth work and EFT. I myself am a Reiki Master and a Crystal Healer, so I enjoy these conversations. I have not learned EFT, she was telling me how EFT is very powerful in healing and that I should learn to advance in my field. After her conversations, I am putting a thought to it, just that right now I am time constrained, I will need to plan it up for future.
We had good amount of agreements but we had one disconnect, and that was over the diet. She is on a vegan diet, and I have not been much supportive about vegan diet. As per my experiences and study, vegan diet deprives on some parts of vitamins and minerals. She had her own theory, which also had some good points. But after all the conversations we had I was still not convinced that one should go for a complete vegan diet.
After the conference she was to leave for Goa where she had some programs lined up on Karma completion and Core Empowerment. We had our dinner together, and a wonderful time talking to each other. As I said it was an instant click. Conversations just kept flowing from politics to religion to healing, to diet and stories of our personal lives.
Indeed it was a pleasure meeting her, She is a charming, bubbly and a gracious lady. We exchanged numbers and now we are in touch with each other. Once I settle back in India I plan to do some programs with her. She has a lot of wisdom to share and I would not want to miss learning from her real life experiences.

Hello @mysteryboy, no I do not have any channel or website, I do it more on personal basis with word of mouth. It's not my business it's just my passion so I do not publicize. Thank you for showing your interest. There are many people who are doing it online, but more important is first you need to identify for yourself which healing modality are you interested in.
