@fredrikaa great write up I most commend.. it's most easer to say some words, but tasking to implement 🙋♂️ despite the necessity of rest to human.. it's virtually impossible to completely take our hearts from very tasking thing around us.. my opinion. Your sincere take is needed to my questions, us it possible to ride your mind from all task? If Yes more guide to help. Educate workers like us
