Wander in Wonder. (Change your life: the easy and fun way.)

One easy thing that we can do right now, is free and will give you instant results. 

Our goal here is to get rid of those artificial structures that we take for granted because we fear we can’t survive without them and to release ourselves from the behavioral patterns that we keep repeating over and over again. We also want to create real results without following the next famous guru and his special method that will probably take 7 more years, 121 steps and tons of our money.  

No, We want to create that change in our lives right now. 

We don't want something artificial that is just temporary because it is from an external source and it can be taken away when we stop paying or giving it something else. 

We want a process that is completely our own and will keep us empowering further in life. 

It has to be something that we create ourselves, something we can keep trusting and build upon. 

It doesn't have to be hard at all, it can in fact be really simple to achieve.

Go outside and wander in wonder.

We go out all the time, right? Sure but when was the last time you just went for a walk with any motives? 

Most of the time we are very busy on some very important quest for something or someone.  

This time our journey is the only quest and our reason is to be free. 

Here are a few tips to get you started and on the way but by any means always be creative and experiment.

  • Take a day off your routines or even if only for a few hours but do create that space in time for yourself where you can make this experiment happen.  
  • Do not plan anything, just go out and start walking, cycling or whatever. You choose, it is about freedom, your freedom to become more you and to find out what it means to be you.  
  • You can walk around your neighborhood, visit a foreign city or go wandering in to nature. 
  • The first thing you should remind yourself off is to slow down and relax, you don’t need to be anywhere and you certainly don't have to be on time. 
  • Enjoy the sightseeing, try to be like a tourist on vacation. Look around you, look up, look everywhere, you will be amazed by the new things that you will discover even in your own neighborhood.  
  • Imagine you are in the latest next-get video game and you got just got the latest most powerful graphic card. Look at those amazing textures, those brilliant colors and these amazing lightning effects. Hear the sounds, the smells and feel the sensations. 
  • You should try leave your phone at home, you can even leave your money at home. Feel free to bring or leave anything you want but what we really need is to get you out of your comfort zone, to make you experience something beyond your obvious conscious choices.  
  • Many things and idea's will pop up in your head but try to ignore them in the beginning because most will be based on your everyday routines and customs. If  you feel like you are already detached from your behavioral patterns and want to follow your intuition I can only encourage you to do that and embrace the magical journey you are upon to embark. 
  • My previous post talks about silence in our mind, you can also practice this while you walk, it actually works very good and makes this experiment even better. 
  • Repeat as many times as you want, always experiment and change various conditions.    

What we actually want to achieve here is to create empty spaces in our life, empty spaces that can then be filled with new experiences that will hopefully enrich us and give us a much broader perspective on our existence. 

We will also meet interesting new people that way, some of whom we would never meet else wise. They also become a part of our magical journey and we can inspire them and they inspire us.

We also create a sense of adventure and mystery for ourselves, a bit of adventure to break the boring routines that we believe we are obliged to partake in. 

The new inputs and experiences will stimulate you in many ways and enrich your creative thinking and productivity, who knows maybe it will inspire you to write more awesome stories on Steem.

Sometimes it will be just a nice walk but most of the times because of this free space we are in, we unconsciously create a journey for ourselves. That journey can become anything really and if we pay attention to patterns and coincidences we can learn a great deal in these moments of liberated creation.  

Create your own adventure and share those magical experience with anyone you meet.

Terrific post Omarb.Yesterday i practicized this post and did a 3,5 hour walk into the city ,on a tour i normally would do in 30 minutes.This in Gent ,a city i already live in since 39 years ago.I left my phone ,but took my home key with me ,just in case .What i saw amazed me and brought joy during this trip.I walked very slow because i broke my holy bone a couple of weeks ago,mustn't be a coincidence .I must say that sometimes ,when i have my phone with me ,i couldn't here some calls because of the noise the streets of a city produce.Now during this phoneless trip i thought for several times that i my phone was ringing,very strange ,but my brains were still in the normall "going out with my phone "pattern.like u describe i say a lot of patterns,especially garbage patterns.The most empty patterns i saw were redbull and golden power ones,what made me think that people who drink those ,have a lower vibration,anyway further i saw some birds making nests with wood branches .Nice to stop and watch that .I only saw this on tv.

I am sure that i will make a habit of this ,but next time i will leave my money also at home.I came in the center and bought me an ice cream,but that changed a few minutes my observations.It's like eating the ice cream brought me back in the "normal",not the taste ,but the licking,my attention went to the cream and changed my observations,for a moment i felt like "part of the crowd around me".

One thing is certain :i have a new hobby,witch will reflect for sure in my future living.
