Good day steemians,
Just before you draw a hasty conclusion that this is another morality post, lemme attack that and get this straight. Morality is subjective just the same quality posts are, thus we might have some conflicts trying to explain that.
But I'm not talking morality in general terms. Most Atimes, our heart doesn't agree with our mind. The heart is always emotional, and might always wanna lead you away from the things you should do.
If we must succeed in life, we need to work with our mind more often, we need to be more rational with our minds than emotional. Our emotions might tell us we are weak, lazy, need rest, can't do it, etc, but our minds should be smart enough to give us reasons why we MUST do what we gotta do irrespective of how we feel about it

We need to be rational enough to consider things we MUST do and endeavour to do them no matter how we feel about it. Duty isn't done because we feel so but because we have seen reasons to do it.

In Conclusion, we should at all times think with our minds and not our hearts. Feelings are destructive if not properly managed and cautioned.

I feel you bro. Althought it isnt easy but with practice, emotions can be conquered.
Great post with full of cautions. Sometimes you have to forget about what the heart says and move on with the directions your mind is giving you. It will be difficult though but it always good to move from your comfortable zone.
