You must not be a Dangote, Bill Gates or Warren Buffet to respect this rule. The funny thing is that everyone is a business man. Every single day of our lives, we make and complete business deals, and thus we need this to excel.
Our progress in our business journey depends so much on how much respect we have for this rule.

Define and Respect Contracts!!
Just before you come to an agreement, kindly stress your terms and be sure your partner clearly understands what he/she is agreeing to. It makes no sense when your partner or you start raising complains and trying to disagree over a term you consented to earlier. Thus it's always advicable to stress your terms and be sure the contract is clearly defined and understood by both parties (that is you and your partner)
Secondly, stick to and respect contracts. Never disrespect your signature. Whatever you have your signatures or consents on, verbally, or written, stick to it. No matter how painful or grieving your risks turn out to be, never you withdraw from your word or signature.
This makes you a great business man.
