As you may know my dad is an author and he writes many amazing stories if you want to read some his name on steemit is alienbutt he posts a lot of cool and weird things. Anyway a few years ago I dressed up as a character from one of his books for world book day:
How we made the costume:
Got a plane white t-shirt and a stripy black and red skirt, we used my dads goggles, cut a bit of material which had black and red stripes on, borrowed my brothers toy gun, wore some tights and my mums long boots and used a wrapping paper roll as a sword xD.
Cool costume
Pretty cool. Costumes are a lot of fun, especially if you make them yourself.
