Living a life of confusion is extremely difficult. Regardless if it was developed within the family home or relationship with a partner. Personally i have reached a point in my life where i am healing and starting to regain my sense of self hoping to inspire others to find the strength within yourself to move forward and thrive. I am going to share my experiences so that others will find hope and understanding that as victims of abuse we are not crazy nor are we alone.
About myself; i am the oldest daugter of an overt narcissistic father and covert narcissistic mother. I am and have always been the scapegoat within my family. I reached my lowest point of life a few years ago and have since decided that i need to pursue helping others to understand that you can rise up and reclaim your life. My goal is to help others understand that being a victim is not a life sentence as we are made to believe. We are not crazy. We are not weak worthless individuals.
Many have told me that i need to write a book sharing my experience with others. This is my starting point. I will share my experiences and what i have learned in future posts so that anyone struggling within themselves can find some inner peace and strength to live life again. Namaste.
