What is Happiness?
Happiness is cooked in our culture and values and the DNA of every person who works in the team. If there is a smile or a positive attitude to take, we will do our best to find it. As such, we are always eager to test new ways to improve the value of happiness at work, play and at home. We have tried scientific means to be happier, productive ways to be happier, and lessons from historians, writers, writers and experts.
Could there be even unexpected ways to be happy?
I have gathered some research on the many unexpected and counter-intuitive ways to find happiness, and I'm happy to share with you what I found. These 10 Ideas cover a wide range of happy ideas, many of which may seem new and original. Recognizing the complexities of life can be a particularly fruitful path to psychological well-being. The above quotation from the psychologist Jonathan Adler of Franklin W. Olin Engineering College summarizes Idea that happiness can come to notice and embrace a wide range of emotions (good and bad).
Case Study(Adler and Hal Hershfield):
They monitored participants who completed 12 weekly therapy sessions and completed questionnaires before each. The Results: Feeling happy and uncomfortable at the same time was a precursor to improving well-being in subsequent sessions. For example, someone might say, I feel sad because of the recent losses in my life, but I am also happy and encouraged to work through them for a positive result.
Spend Good Time:
Participants who spent time with activities that increased their skills, responded to their need for autonomy, or helped them connect with others reported decreased happiness on the moment while increasing happiness on an hourly and daily basis.
Make Yourself Busy:
The key, according to the study, is to choose the right new skill to master, the challenge to undertake, or the possibility of getting out of your comfort zone. The greatest increases are experienced (with) any behavior that a person feels he has chosen, rather than what should be done, and that helps them to pursue their interests and goals.
