Anyone who wants to succeed in life and in business should know how to make friends and make a good impression on others, even in this decade where the physical contact and the conventional talks face to face already present indications which are disappearing or changing the way we do business and we relate to other people.

RULE 1. Sincerely interested in others.

More friends can win in two months if interested one in others, that they would win in two years if others are interested in one. The individual who is not interested in their peers who have the greatest difficulties in life and cause major injuries to others. All human failures arise from those individuals. For years I have worried about my friends birthdays. The interest, which is the same as everything else in human relations, must be sincere.

RULE 2. Smile.
