IT'S A CODE WORD

Are you a performer or an entertainer?
Are you a musician and an artiste?
Are you someone who also plays around the mic in a way that projects your voice and content to the world or your audience in particular?

I have a code word for you

I will like to ask which is more important:

Talent or Confidence?

Talent is nothing without grooming. One of the very important but underestimated element in grooming talent is confidence. I'm a Nigerian and even if alot of the talents celebrated today seem to be much already, trust me, they are less thank a quarter of those who are still on the street waiting to be discovered.

My question: Are there not platforms for expression of talents?

Yes, I believe there are but still short of the expected.

Tapping into selected or available platforms at the moment would in a way open doors for other platforms to come on board.

My observation thus far is that very many are talented and full of all resources need in terms of training to make the talents refined, but only few have the confidence to stage their talents. Most of people in my country nigeria that are really making waves and doing amazing things are not even as mind blowing as those who are still in the prison of their fears and scared to even dare. Confidence in what you have in so many ways expose your strength and also help reveal your weaknesses, thereby creating room for adjustments and improvements, but if you don't even summon the confidence to let people know what's on your inside, it just dies with you and your talent left un-mined

Talent is overrated.
Skill is very important for refining.
Confidence is paramount for presenting.

This post is about a code word. You already know what it is.

There will always be opportunities to bring your talent on stage...

Here is the code word:

LIGHT UP THE STAGE

Let go of your fears of inadequacy and light it up.

Great post,@phait never say you can't if u have never tried. The impossible is the untried. Very true, several people have never taking that step to try out the little they think their talent is before getting all discouraged. Light up the stage and see your world get lit.
