Have you tried dental x-ray? I suggest you do that. Maybe you have a wisdom tooth and it's trying to push your gums and other tooth. I hope your teeth is okay now.

I am suffering from Leontiasis, it is a progressive deformity of my head below the eye sockets and it includes my gums that causes the bleeding. It might heal in a few days I hope.
