This year, for the first time, I decided to plunge into the hole on Epiphany. The biggest incentive was that everyone who had already dived repeatedly unanimously declared - you will swim in an ice-hole and for the whole year you will not suffer from catarrhal diseases. I hope that this is true.
We reached the lake on foot, about 1 km from the village. All the way there I was worried about how to go back, because it will be very cold. As it turned out to be in vain was afraid, immediately after coming out of the water I was overwhelmed with heat, and this internal warmth kept me warm for a long time. Sensation not transferable.

Я не увлекаюсь, но у нас Днепр был незамёрзший и я видела фотки нескольких девчонок, которые забегали в него и выбегали :)
Я тоже раньше боялся. Но ни капельки не жалею, что переборол свой страх))
