1. Someone hurt me
People can harm me intentionally or not. When that happens to me, I often get angry depending on the situation. In fact, I was hurt and I was angry to be angry.
2. Bankrupt
This situation is unexpected. When I went bankrupt, I couldn't feed my family. And at the same time, I have dreams and goals to be achieved.
I might want to take a walk or help others and make a difference. But, at this time it's impossible and I'm frustrated. It's normal if at this point I feel angry.
3. Someone fools me
I'm a good person who always helps others find a way out. I'm good, cheerful, and most of the time I'm happy. Then someone tries to take advantage by using my kindness as my weakness.
What am I doing? Now maybe I will warn them not to take advantage of me. But, they still do it. So what do I do? I can't keep quiet because that person will do it again. Use my anger to let that person know.
