Your very right. I experience this through me reiki practice the energy is in the heart. Also human only use a fraction of our brainpower when we have the ability or connect more with our consciousness then this power will also be unleashed. We are a species that have been suppress for whatever reason, as we all begin to awaken these abilities will become more and more apparent.
So yes I agree the intention comes from our heart and we definitely need to focus more with our hearts rather than our brains. But we also need to combine this with our brains using functioning skills and processing our feelings.
