BJP and RSS needs to be booked under this IPC sections 153A, 295 and 295A, they are the source of creating this ruckus which compiles to such actions in the society, mob lynching in India had happened mostly on religious sentiments where innocent have been killed or rather hacked to death and the culprits go Scott free.

India is a secular nation respecting each other's feelings let us join together as Indians as humans rather than joining a party or section of people and be a shame on humanity.
If BJP has enacted this low now, then its obviously would be against the opposition parties during this election. If BJP is so confident of the development they have done in these 4 years or so, then they should play fair in the election and not slap cases against the opposition parties. If they were really serious about crimes, scam then they should have done this immediately in their 1st year.
Our Modiji had promised the nation that he will bring black money in first 100 days. I think there should also be a law to persecute ministers who make fake promises and don't deliver.
