"If you want to be successful you must have a very good emotional quotient (EQ) because you will understand how to work with others, no matter how intelligent you are, if you can not work together, you will never succeed," he said.
He added that love quotient (LQ) also plays a big role to gain respect from others.

"A lot of students are just paying attention to the intelligence quotient (IQ), without thinking about EQ and LQ.If you do not have those two elements, you will not get ahead," he said.
Jack Ma confessed that he had never been educated to be an entrepreneur. However, the time when the chairman of the class helped him gain experience to work together and deal with others.

"Many people fail because they always complain and comment on other things when the problem is crashed in. Only people who understand their problems can be successful, if you have a complaint, there should be a solution or if you do not complain," he said.
